Our work extends beyond guidance—it is advocacy. We champion young people’s rights, voices, and aspirations. We support pathways that reduce recidivism by offering real alternatives: education, empowerment, skills training, and wraparound support such as mentoring, coaching, and workplace readiness trainings, including ensuring that participants not only enter but are sustained in employment, build partnerships with employers, training providers, and community organisations to create a coordinated local response that expands the local pool and strengthens workforce participation.
